What is stored, and for how long
The form sends the email, brand, website, note and source to /api/lead, which forwards them to a Cloudflare KV record. The record also keeps the timestamp and user agent, and expires automatically after 180 days. Aggregate event counters (for example, “contact submit”) are kept for 120 days. The free check does not store answer text. The privacy page lists the processors.
Corrections
Reporting an error? Use /contact?topic=correction — the same form, with the query string kept. Include the page URL and the source that shows the error. The accepted corrections are listed on /corrections/.
The published address is hello@visiblediagnostic.com. The form is the faster path: it writes to the same lead record and tells you when the save succeeded.
