1. What the service is
VisibleDiagnostic samples answers from AI assistants to a set of buying questions and writes a report about what those answers say and cite. The diagnostic includes ten questions, thirty dated answers, three competitors, a source audit, three prioritised actions, one walkthrough and one revision round. The day-30 execution check and day-60 re-run are included. Monitoring, if purchased, repeats the question set weekly and adds a monthly change log.
2. What it is not
The service is not a guarantee of a ranking, a citation, a recommendation, traffic or revenue. AI answers vary by session, location, model and time. We report a dated sample, not a universal truth. We do not provide legal, financial or medical advice.
3. Free check
The free check is an experimental demonstration. It is limited to two runs per IP per day and may be changed or withdrawn. It uses a different answer surface from the paid diagnostic (Perplexity Sonar rather than logged-out ChatGPT), and the interface says so. Do not rely on the free check for a business decision.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate brand, competitor and question information.
- Do not submit personal, confidential or regulated data through the free check or the contact form.
- Make sure you have the right to ask us to research the brand and competitors you name.
- Pay the invoice before the kickoff, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Payment and cancellation
The diagnostic is $850 in USD, excluding tax, invoiced before kickoff. Monitoring is $350 per month, billed monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Work already delivered is not refundable. If we cannot deliver the diagnostic, we will refund the fee for the undelivered portion. Prices may change for future engagements with notice.
6. Timing
We aim to deliver the report within five business days of the kickoff call. The day-60 re-run is delivered after the day-60 mark. Dates depend on timely access to your team and information; if something is delayed, we will tell you.
7. Confidentiality and publication
We treat your question set, report and workbook as confidential. We will not publish your name, logo or results without your written permission. The synthetic samples on this site are fictional and labelled as such.
8. Intellectual property
You receive a licence to use the report and workbook inside your organisation and with your advisers. You may forward the report to clients or colleagues. You may not resell it as a standalone product or present it as your own measurement service without our written agreement.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
